Overseas Orders:
- Shipping costs will apply to all overseas orders. We will use either DHL or UPS, depending on which offers the better rates. Due to high international shipping rates, we will check the cost and communicate it to you before finalizing your order.
- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Duty, VAT, and Other Fees
Please note that any customs duties, VAT, or other fees are determined by the customs authorities in your country. These charges are based on the country of origin or manufacture of the goods and their classification according to the harmonized system. Risk of Loss
All products purchased on our website are shipped by an independent carrier. Once the items are handed over to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. ChilliIsland is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

Invalid Shipping Addresses
It is crucial to provide a valid and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for any orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
